Every new shop gets 15 days with every feature unlocked, no card needed. When it ends you choose how to continue. Your data is never deleted.
Renewing adds the new period after your current expiry. Upgrading from Superuser to Ultimate starts immediately and your unused days are converted into extra time.
Nothing is deleted and your staff keep working. You simply cannot add more until you upgrade (Superuser: 3 staff, Ultimate: 10 staff).
Payments are confirmed automatically in the background, usually within a minute. If it still shows locked after 10 minutes, contact support with your payment reference - you will never be charged twice for the same plan.
