I recomend this not for public, but for the use of CSC VLE’s all over India.
Along with this application, we need to proivde two passport size or stamp size photos, copy of customer aadhaar with date of birth, customer mobile number, email id, initial expansion of customer, his or her father details ie: his name with initial expansion, Signature of customer etc.
Usually it will take 2-4 days to receive a copy of PAN through registered email id and hardcopy will be delivered to the address shown in aadhaar card within two weeks.
In India, mainly two companies handling entire PAN card processing such as NSDL and UTI.

- Epan – through Income tax website
Epan have some limitations – Signature and father name will not be mentioned in epan card and some rare cases, bank or other instution will ask to get a pan card through direct application.
